From locked bin to recycled bale.
Every job follows the same secure path, whether it's a single residential box or a weekly route through a hospital. Here's exactly what happens to your documents.
Collect & lock
Documents go into tamper-resistant locked consoles, bins, or sealed bags on your premises. From the moment paper leaves your hands, it's secured — no open wastebaskets, no exposure.
Verify & log
A uniformed, background-screened technician arrives on schedule, scans each container, and records it. Your chain of custody begins with a documented, time-stamped handoff.
Transport under custody
For off-site jobs, sealed containers travel in a secured, GPS-tracked vehicle directly to our plant — no intermediate stops, no unaccounted-for material.
Cross-cut destruction
Industrial cross-cut shredders reduce everything to small particles that cannot be reassembled. On-site jobs are destroyed at your curb where you can watch it happen.
Certify
You receive a certificate of destruction documenting what was destroyed, when, and how — your audit-ready proof of compliant disposal.
Recycle
The shredded paper is compressed into bales and sent to recycling, where it's pulped into new paper products. Nothing readable, nothing landfilled.

Watch it, or trust the trail.
Mobile on-site jobs let you witness destruction in real time on the truck's monitor. Off-site jobs give you a sealed, scanned, documented chain of custody instead — both end in a certificate.
- On-site: destruction at your location, witnessed and verified
- Off-site: sealed transport, scanned containers, secured plant
- Every container scanned and logged at handoff
- Certificate of destruction issued before we leave the relationship open
